Purchasing fish:

• I show photos of my bettas for sale on the “available bettas” section on my page. Next to the photos are the price and other information/details about the fish.

• Send me an image/video of your tank, and complete my betta quiz

• In order to purchase a fish, please email me (rubys.aquatics@gmail.com) where we will find out a payment method and other purchasing details.

• We only provide local pickup currently

• all sales are final

• I will refuse to sell a fish to anyone intending to keep them in a bowl or anything less than the minimal care requirements

• Proof of proper care/tank setup must be approved before arrangement of pickup

Arrival of Fish:

• I am not responsible for the death or illness of a fish after they are taken out of the shipping bag and put into an aquarium.

• If your tank is not cycled or set up properly, it can severely harm your fish which is out of my control.

• Have sent and been approved a photo/video of your tank

• Completed my betta quiz
